ADDITIONAL DETAILS
This is a true oceanfront home with sea breezes and wave sounds throughout. The backyard is shared, and a caretaker lives onsite. The ocean is unfenced—please supervise children closely. We provide beach gear and a starter supply kit with coffee, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. Guests replenish their own supplies after the initial set.
This is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Quiet hours are 9 PM–8 AM. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning.

The backyard is a shared space, but guests have use of the BBQ grill, fire pit area, and direct access to the beach—just steps from the back door.
The ocean is right behind the home and easily accessible for fishing, beach walks, or watching the sunrise. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of nearby activities such as surfing and bodyboarding at Ewa Beach Park, just a short drive away, or relaxing and swimming at the calm Ko Olina Lagoons. Golf courses, walking trails, and local eateries are also within easy reach.
