Such a cute and comfy place to stay super close to Yosemite (big oak flat entrance)! Super well maintained, beautiful view, comfy bed. Showers across street very accessible.

We stayed in Cabin2 and it was so great. The view is INCREDIBLE and the bed was very comfy. This was my first experience "glamping" and it was really easy. Lisa provides very thorough instructions/information - as long as you read her notes, you will have a lovely stay in the A-Frames. Be sure to bring some sort of bug repellant :) and enjoy getting off the grid!

Cabin 1 was the perfect getaway for my girlfriend and I! The cabin was super comfortable and private, not to mention the gorgeous surrounding view. The showers and bathrooms across the street were convenient and clean. In addition, the cabin is only an hour drive from Yosemite Valley, so traveling back and forth was not an issue at all.
Liza and Tom were excellent hosts and we cannot thank them enough for our experience. They responded to all of our messages within 5-10 minutes and assisted us upon request. 10/10 would recommend!

Overall it was a good experience, good location, clean A-frame. The showers we could use were clean and even with a towel. The hosts answered quickly and were very helpful. However, the porta potty was not very clean and for the price we expected more (real bedsheets, clean toilet).

The Cabin had a beautiful view, but was unfortunately quite hot to sleep in, despite bringing my own fan along in my travels and using the provided curtains. Part of the issue is that the electronics for the solar panels and inverter are inside of the cabin, dissipating heat. The other issue is a lack of ventilation. The host recommends leaving the door open during the day, which I did, but at night, leaving the screen open when you’ve read about their safety all day in Yosemite brought about its own type of anxiety. Getting to the cabin was easy in my all-wheel-drive vehicle. The water provided was welcomed for cleaning dishes, but it could not be used for much else. The solar panels also welcomed after a long day of travel. I’m sure during the cooler months it is wonderful, alas my stay was hotter weather.

This was awesome! View of stars at night and sunrise in the morning from inside was incredible. Their bathhouse was very clean. 1 hour from Yosemite valley, but seemed like almost any accommodation outside the park was the same drive time. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Yosemite and recommend to friends!

We had such a great time watching the morning sunrise and evening sunsets at this beautiful hilltop spot. The beds were very comfortable and gave the perfect camping feel with a few extra amenities for an out of town family of campers. Great access to Yosemite and showers at sister property were a bonus!! Thank you!! Sky and star gazing from the cabin was amazing.

The whole setup was so cute and I would recommend it to anyone who is new to “camping.” These cute little cabins provide the perfect balance for people who may be too intimidated to fully camp. The cabins were clean, the water was clean, and the restrooms were too! Loved the views during the day and night. I will definitely look to book again sometime in the future if given the chance to.

I loved staying in Cabin 1. It is such a unique accomodation, the highlight being the incredible view you get from the big window. The cabin felt private and secluded, it was roomy and the bed and blankets were very comfortable. Liza and Tom are also excellent hosts, they responded to all our queries almost immediately.
I would suggest bringing a torch or lantern, as the cabin has no lighting so get very dark once the sun sets.

Such a cozy modern basic glamping cabin, exactly as expected.
* Super clean and new
* Gorgeous east facing views (sunrise!)
* Quiet aside from the river nearby — far enough from the main road that you don’t hear traffic
* Close to west Yosemite NP boarder, under an hour drive to the Yosemite Valley loop roads.
* Directions were helpful, including the details once I turned off the main road.
* RAV4 SUV rental made it up the dirt road easily.
* Cabin 3 is close to Cabin 2, but angled in such a way that both have privacy unless someone is going wayyyy out of their way to be a creeper and stand in front of the other cabin’s large window (ew, who would?)
* For AT&T cell service, expect zero bars — occasionally one bar outside in certain spots briefly. So solid location to disconnect with tech and relax.
* Short drive to nearby small town (Groveland?) with some basic restaurants, gas station, etc

Liza and Tom’s place is a true glamping experience close to the beautiful Yosemite. The stay was truly unique with modern style A frame. We loved every second of our time here! The glass wall is a perfect touch that allows you to stargaze in comfort at night time. The property was just the right amount of secluded and private.
A huge plus for having a private bathroom and even showers at their sister property. Book this property, you won’t regret it.

I loved staying in the A-frames near Yosemite. Such an easy stay & check in and absolutely spectacular views from inside and outside the hut. The perfect in between for someone who doesn’t want to / doesn’t have the supplies to tent camp but still wants the nature experience. It was truly incredible to fall asleep whilst looking up at the starry night sky. 1000/10 recommend & hoping I make it back soon!

We spent one night at Liza & Tom’s cabin, but left wishing we had stayed an entire week. The cabin was well maintained and tidy, the views from the panoramic window were breathtaking, and the site was so conveniently located from Yosemite. Showers were clean, warm, and well stocked. We look forward to coming back here again!

We loved this little cabin! The view was so cool and our hosts were so extra helpful. Was pleasantly surprised at how cozy we were for December, we slept in our double sleeping bag in the cabin and were toasty and happy. Highly recommend.

Super cute and easy to find. Thoughtful and clean space and so gorgeous. Four wheel drive felt necessary for cabins 2 and 3 after a recent storm. Cabins 2 and 3 are close together. If you are cooking and hanging out you can see what the residents of cabin 3 are doing in their window. We luckily didn’t have any neighbors for the night but something to keep in mind! If you’re lookin for more privacy maybe cabin 1 is the move. Super lovely. Campers should know that you can see the road from the cabin, which I didn’t expect because it felt not as secluded as I expected— but thoughtful amenities like a battery and water were very appreciated!

Liza and Tom's land is pristine with an incredible view of stars! Staying in the cabin was a unique and fun experience. We enjoyed close proximity to our day hikes in yosemite. Hosts are accommodating and helpful if you need anything during your stay.

We loved everything about this glamping experience. Liza and Tom were super helpful and communicative before our stay and provided everything we needed. Instructions for the site and for showers were very clear. The cabin was super cute and the view from inside (especially sunrise and the starry night sky) was dreamy. We had phone signal and were provided ample power and water for our stay. Note - Access via dirt track was quite uneven and we were grateful we had a 4WD.
