A place to put our tent in beautiful Occidental. There was a nice view of the mountains from our spot and the huge bottlebrush bushes were in bloom.

Occidental At Its Best!
An easy place to car camp overnight, close to Occidental, Sebastopol, and Santa Rosa. I didn't try any of the amenities, but appreciated the offer of electricity.

No view, no clean area, no fire pit

Occidental At Its Best!
It was not at all like the pics. There was a fire burn area and not a fire pit. The chairs were gross, i would not even think of sitting on them. No views, a terrible looking trailer on site. No tables or the tables that were out there where disgusting. I would not even want to put my table cloth on them.
We left and they offered NO refund at all. It was just a terrible experience.

Occidental At Its Best!
Fall at Love Family Farm is lovely. The vineyards and trees are showing off their beautiful colors. It is a peaceful location that was great for our day trips to Bodega Bay for crabbing then back for quiet and restful evenings.

We loved our short stay at Jonah’s RV site. After a warm welcome and grand tour of the premises we had a great evening under the stars (milky way was visible!). Ideally situated as a first stop from SF when heading north.

Occidental At Its Best!
Everything with this site was straight forward and exactly as advertised. Jonah has a nice outdoor kitchen set up and the land is in a quiet, beautiful area. Great access to the Russian River, the coast, etc. Jonah was a very easy host to work with and good communicator.

I was taking a weekend class in Occidental, the location was easy to get to and the host greeted me & let me pick a spot. Nice and quiet neighborhood, I felt pretty safe & comfortable.

Beautiful spot with a great host. Jonah made us feel welcome and he’s super accommodating. Nothing fancy which was perfect. Nature and easygoing atmosphere. Boys loved it.

The host was accommodating and friendly, but the yard is hardly a bucolic or well-kept place. On site water we were offered was brown well water.

unkempt.

Simple location with a few different choices to camp. Clean bathroom provided. Nice and quiet with views of distant mountain range and vineyards. Close to wineries, hard cider, and river and ocean.

This was the perfect site for our weekend at the Russian River. Jonah is a delightful host and provided us with tips for tubing and some good laughs. The accommodations were great- a grill, cooking stove with two burners (fuel provided), clean porta potty (TP provided), table and chairs. No fire pit, unfortunately. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and all agree we would come back.

Very cool experience, the property is conveniently located between Sebastopol and Russian River. Host Jonah was a great and charismatic host. The cooking setup is great but you will need to bring all your own water. Would return here again.

Jonah’s place is very nice. The view into the valley is incredible, and we were able to stargaze. Jonah is a very friendly and kind host. He was communicative and thoughtful. He left us plank woods to level our tent if needed and brought out chairs for us. The site also has a clean porta potty! Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend.

Jonah was great with communicating prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet him in person, but he was very responsive upon arriving. The site was exactly what we were looking for for a quick overnight during our busy visit between Bodega Bay (for a family get together) and Occidental (for our fur baby AKC certification). It would've been nice to have a bit more lighting from the campsite to the Honey Bucket, and some clear markers for the different sites.

Occidental At Its Best!
Jonah’s land was easy to find and very welcoming. There was another group present who were also welcoming but not intrusive of our need to just sleep and leave early. We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of the community kitchen and the camaraderie, but we could tell they were having a blast. Jonah was very prompt in responding to questions and made sure there was a tucked away place ready for our camper van. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved the view from Jonah’s land. The deer walked around our RV. Jonah made sure we had everything we needed and helped us levelling the RV. Kids had a good time here playing with the wagon. Had a good coffee at Bill’s Brew only 10 minutes away.

Beautiful flowering camellia trees at the site and a beautiful bottle brush tree! Jonah was a great host. He shared a few great stories about the area and helped us feel at home. Porta-potty was clean. Cute string lights for when it got dark and an absolutely incredible view of the mountains! Could hear frogs at night and lovely birds in the morning. What a treat.

Jonah was very kind but we weren't able to access the water hookup and and the camp site wasn't quite what we were expecting.

Nice views of the valley. Jonah met us when we arrived and helped situate blocks to level the van. Provided exactly what we needed which was a place to park the campervan overnight.
