We had the best time at Crystal Loft Cabin! Jason was an incredible host offering all the tips you could need on everything from places to eat, hike, kayak, bike, live music, etc. He even came to pick up my friend and I at the end of kayaking on the verde river! Crystal Loft is a perfect space 17 minutes outside of downtown Cottonwood, and 40 or so from Sedona with amazing star views, and all the amenities you could need. It was mid 80’s-low 90’s when there, but cooled off perfectly in the evenings, and Jason had an AC unit and fan that kept the cabin perfect temp. The bed on the upstairs loft was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot- so glad we found it. Thanks Jason!

If you arrive at night be sure to roll your windows down and take a deep breath and smell the night blooming flowers(I was there in May)
It feels like a woodsy desert oasis.
A microwave would have been nice but not a big deal. The hot tub made up for it!!
I will definitely come back.

Truly a gem. Jason, this space, and this area. From the moment I walked in I felt at home. All the amenities I needed and more. Super peaceful. I will surely be back. The Verde River is my newest love. Thank you Jason. Till next time!

The Crystal Loft was amazing! A great roomy space with everything we needed. Jason was also so hospitable, warm, and accommodating! From day 1 of booking, Jason had been in touch and helpful every time. Can’t recommend enough : )

We loved this place so much!
It was so nice waking up to the sun peaking through the blinds and having coffee on the porch. So peaceful. The cabin had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and it was clean.
Bring a few towels and if you like extra pillows bring those but we had what we needed.

Amazing place! We stayed a couple of nights in both cabins. Jason was an excellent host - extremely knowledgeable about the area, very helpful and super friendly, too! The star gazing was incredible out on the property, the sense of solitude was rejuvenating, and the proximity of the river all made for a perfect spring break for our family of four and our pup.
The cabins are cozy and have everything you need while still maintaining a sense of simpler things. Thanks for everything, Jason!

Loved our stay at Jason's place! The cabin was just what we were looking for- a low key simple stay. Although it was nestled in with other structures it was very quiet and felt private. Loved that we could walk right down the road to explore public land and river. Excellent host- great communication and wonderful suggestions for area hikes & food.

A little off the grid but happened to be just what we needed for a break from reality! Jason was VERY accommodating and friendly, from hiking and fishing recommendations to bites to eat he had it all mapped out! Most of the road is asphalt but does dip off into dirt so a decent vehicle would be best for the drive. A little bummed we didn’t get a chance for the hot tub, but the sunset/stargazing view from the rooftop patio was absolutely stunning ! Our pups also loved getting to meet Taisia the property pup!

Sweet spot to come home to after exploring! Hot tub and the most gorgeous starry sky are a nice bonus, and Jason is incredibly helpful with ideas of where to hike, eat, and adventure. Thanks for all the suggestions, Jason!

This was exactly what my husband, Dan, and I needed. It was a mix his birthday/our anniversary get away and it was STUNNING. So peaceful and relaxing. Jason was beyond amazing, full of great stories, advice on great places to visit and very accommodating. Best five days ever, we are definitely coming back again! We weren't even half way through our stay and Dan was already talking about when we could come back. If you book here, you won't be disappointed, far from it. Can't get over how amazing everything was, even something as simple as sitting on the porch enjoying some coffee and taking in the train in the distance from the train depot - that you can take on a tour ride! Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this place and Jason as a guide!

My friends and I stayed in Jason’s Juniper cabin while exploring beautiful Sedona! The cabin was perfect for the 4 of us and was well stocked with everything we needed. The AC at night was great and the beds were comfortable. It’s so beautiful out there and we loved stargazing at night. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for hosting us!

The cabin itself was more than comfortable and even in the height of summer, during a heatwave, the AC unit kept the bedroom cool
And comfortable.
If you want to be off the grid, near Sedona but away from the crowds, this place is perfect.

Jason is an incredible host and provided us with so much information on how to get to his place plus lots of things to do in the nearby area. The cabin was perfect for our stay - very quiet and secluded - our favorite part was sitting on the upper deck outside at night. Highly recommend!

We had a terrific stay here. We were so grateful for the AC In the hot weather and Jason was just incredible. He had all kinds of wonderful tips for us-including a spectacular local swimming hole that was one of very favorite spots on the whole trip.

Jason M is very attentive from beginning to end. He gave great instructions and a ton of area's to explore based on what we where doing. We went off roading and ended up at one of the area's he gave us without knowing were we were heading. It was awesome to discover that we found one of the places he was talking about on our own. We actually thought we were on the main road to his place. lol. It was an awesome ride. The property has some beautiful trees and a cute little lay out of cabins. I loved coming up the stone driveway and the entrance. We got a storm our last night. It was very nice. Got some awesome pics. Our Cabin was huge. It was cool to discover an extra room. lol. Loved sitting out on the porch in the morning and evening in addition to BBQing. Got to hear some of Jason's stories, they were awesome. He is an awesome host with TONS of information and stories. Can't wait to hear more. We had an awesome time. The property is very relaxing and peaceful. . I'm so excited for our next trip up there.

Jason’s cabin was perfect for us! He was a great host and gave us so many recommendations, had the cabin cooling for our arrival, and was super quick to respond. We loved how easy it was to access the Verde River and little swimming spots along it. We absolutely would stay here again in the future and recommend it for anyone looking for a funky little escape.

Jason is a really great host, we had a great time chatting with him several times during our visit. He was super helpful with all kinds of great suggestions and set us up with an incredible river float on the Verde. The property is a really quiet, beautiful oasis.. nice and quiet with gorgeous night skies. The cabin was a little warm at times, but it was a really hot weekend and the room AC unit, fans, and evening ventilation in the loft made it comfortable, particularly when temps dipped below 100. Definitely recommend and plan to return.

Jason was super helpful and had great tips on what to do in the area with kids. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of space in the cabin for two adults and two kids. There were lots of cool rocks, lizards, and spiders to check out which was right up our alley.

Loved the remote location and super close river access! Jason is amazing as a host! Def grab the extras on the site! He's super knowledgeable and can get you in the good spots. He helped us get on the Verde and coordinated transport and the put in on the river! Amazing trip. Definitely will be back!

Jason is a fantastic host!! He’s made a great little spot for enjoying the Verde River. He is knowledgeable of the area and willing to provide any tips and ideas. He even transported us down the river so we could do a 4 hour tube float. Cabin is comfy and has all the basics you need. Was a great stay for a long weekend with our 2 teenage kids. Plenty of space for us all.
