Beautiful and thoughtfully set up treehouse! The outdoor bathroom and shower was very comfortable. Friendly host and sweet dog. Lots of hummingbirds. Amazing place :)

What an amazing Treehouse. It felt like I was staying at a an artists retreat. Wonderful location-really quiet, great trails right up the street and only 15 minutes to the airport. One of my favorite stays I have ever had. Thank you!

My goodness!!! This was such a wonderful experience. My friend and ai went out to Phoenix for the first ever Reggae Rise Up Festival in Tempe and stayed in Niko’s treehouse. Their ENTIRE house is beautiful and oh so peaceful ☺️…. The treehouse had everything we needed for our stay, I especially loved the shampoo and conditioner 😂. Showering outdoors felt so good, it’s a must have for a house. The sweet little old collie was walking around (as best she could), the swing was an added charm, I felt so calm and peaceful the entire weekend. I would definitely come back to stay another weekend.

The novelty of this stay can’t be overstated- a tree house! With really nice mountain views right from the bed and two block’s proximity to hiking, it’s a great place to stay. The suite is cosy and there’s a deck and chairs outside for relaxing and enjoying the environment and views. Other fun features include a swing below, a hammock and area for a little fire, nestled behind the beautiful natural desert garden at the front of the property which was full of life! The hosts (including the ancient dog) are friendly and everything was as advertised or better. The outdoor bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower with great water pressure.

Beautiful and fun treehouse to stay in! Lovely native landscaping with many birds. Phoenix Mtn Preserve hiking one block away. Very clean and functional full outdoor bathroom. Niko was very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This ended up being the perfect place for me! If you've been off grid for a few days, and need a place with walls, and access to a nice shower and bathroom. This is your spot! The Mountain View in the morning is just lovely!

This was an AWESOME experience!! Such a great little getaway! After a terrible day of delayed flights and travel it was an absolute treat!! I would highly recommend this stay and we will definitely be back when we can test out that swing! Thank you, Niko!

Loved staying here! Beautifully built, peaceful location, easy to get in and out - loved waking up with the birds every morning and falling asleep with distant coyote howls in the evening. Niko was a fantastic host - highly recommend this gem!

We loved our mountain tree house stay! It was so incredible to stay up in the tree house and watch the sunrise and sunset each day. It got a little chilly at night (in late February) but there were plenty of blankets so we stayed warm. The tree house was clean and beautiful and we felt like we were in an oasis. The outdoor bathroom and shower were clean and easy to access. Niko was very responsive to any needs that came up, and Zeppy the elderly Aussie was such a sweetheart. 10/10 would recommend, esp. for a winter get-away!

Treehouse camping in suburban Phoenix, who knew? Great fun, easily the most unique Hipcamp I've ever stayed at. The treehouse is remarkably private, with a cool DIY modernist vibe. It's unheated so bring your flannel PJs on cool nights. On-site host Nick is friendly and quite eager to interact.

Staying overnight in a treehouse has long been on my wish list. But getting to stay 5 nights was absolute heaven! Best sleep of my life. The interior of the treehouse is crescent shaped and cozy, which I found perfect for just myself. Personally, I'd have felt crowded with another person staying there, but I was also seeking solitude, which this wonderful space provided. I loved the interior and exterior layouts, the lava lamp, the wifi, and the deck of the treehouse. Getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom in the nearby camper was no big deal, and actually added to the sense that I was "away." And yet, the property is ideally located for easy access to restaurants, shopping, nature trails, and Planet Fitness, where my membership allowed me to shower. (For vegetarian and vegan friends, I highly recommend Veggie Village as a dining out/takeout option. My visiting carnivore chef friend also found the food so delicious, she ordered extra to take home.) Niko and family couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. I look forward to future stays at the treehouse. It's the perfect place to rest, recharge, relax, or even write a book! A friend and her granddaughter came for a picnic at the treehouse one day, and, after eating, they both went up into the treehouse and immediately fell asleep - it was so peaceful. (They loved their naps, and they loved the tree, whose name, it turns out, is Harriet. Harriet means, "house ruler," which is quite appropriate.)

The treehouse is really nice and clean. We were supplied with several blankets and pillows. The sleeping area, although small, was very comfortable. Phone chargers were available and plugged in, which was nice. We didn’t get to use the bathroom as we discovered it was out of water. Niko offered us a late check-out, in return (we arrived late and didn’t notice the issue with the bathroom until midnight). The instructions were very clear and we had no problem finding our way despite our late arrival. Niko communicated with us well while also maintaining a private experience for us.

This was a total delight after literal years of dreaming of treehouse camping. Niko's treehouse was the perfect combination of minimal/camping simplicity and comfort. The bed was super comfy, plenty of blankets, and nice little touches like design decor and charging cords.

Good vibes! This treehouse is too sweet! Niko did an awesome job having it set up for us, he left extra blankets and everything. He was very accommodating for our last minute, late arrival booking. Definitely would stay here again! 10/10

I loved staying in Niko's treehouse! It was great waking up in the trees with the sun shining through the branches. The property is situated in a lovely neighborhood with lots of space for vehicles and dining on a large patio. The use of his camper for washing and the toilet was very convenient. And hiking is just a few steps away!
