She gave us the perfect spot for our large group, with power and water hookups and plenty of room for those in our group who were tenting. She checked in with us regularly and offered great recommendations for things to do in the area. The nearby town of Wallace is absolutely charming! We especially enjoyed the Silver Mine tour and the local ice cream shop. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience camping at camp site E. It was nice and spacious, and we appreciated having the option to rent games (they had many available things to choose from). The camp area was beautiful, and the porta potty was very well maintained, clean, and nice to have so close by. I would 100% camp at this site again.

The view was amazing. It was pretty windy while we were there but spot #3 has plenty of little pockets where you can place chairs and relax. Because of the wind we did not launch our boat, but caught lots of catfish and bass from shore. The farm fresh eggs were great. The multi patterned eggs definitely brought back memories for my father who grew up on a farm. The host checked in a few times and helped to address all our questions.

We booked this site last minute after a long day exploring Yellowstone and were glad we did. It was quiet, peaceful, and had 50A service, which we didn’t need thanks to our solar & LiFePO4 Lithium battery setup, but it’s always a bonus to start the morning with full batteries. She also provides a 50A to 30A adapter for those who might need it. When we arrived, it was dark dark, and we weren’t sure if we could drive through the field with the mule flowers, so we turned sharply into the site. That made the site number signs face the wrong direction, which took a minute to sort out, but not a big deal. There was some road construction nearby that turned the road into a single lane and left a layer of dust on our RV and Jeep, but nothing too bothersome. Just a heads up if you’re particular about that kind of thing. We’d absolutely stay at Marisol’s place again!

You will find a Lake Pend Oreille is 15 minutes away, Sandpoint is about 10 minutes away with a wonderful swimming beach and Silverwood Theme Park is about 20 minutes. All 4 spots are dry camping. No power or water currently. we have a spot to launch boats which is right between sight 3 and 4. Good fishing. Very little boat traffic. Very private. In the fall big horn sheep frequently rut on the property. We usually have fresh eggs on hand. Dry climate. Sage brush and juniper trees here. We have a easy to access spot to fill up water to your camp trailers or rvs. The water is from a spring and Water tastes really good. This area has a lot of history. Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe often stayed in this area and on the property. In fact this was where his tribe met to discuss and decide to try to go to escape to Canada. This is where that journey started. You can still find arrow heads on the shoreline every so often. I’m ruffly 15 miles north of Huntington oregon. 13 miles of which is dirt road. The property sits at the base of lookout mountain. Really good cell service here with Verizon Full bars. If you decide to come camp make sure your directions take you through Huntington. Google sometimes likes to try to get people to drive over the mountain. Or if your coming from the north it sometimes wants you to go through Richland and then on 34 miles of dirt road. Going Through Huntington onto snake river rd is the easy way to go.

If you are looking for an area that is out of town, THIS IS IT!! We also have overnight stalls available for horses. Please make sure RV tanks are empty in order to hook up to septic. No RV dump station on site. With the river location, we get very windy conditions along the river corridor. Awnings can easily become damaged during these conditions. Please take notice and consider putting awnings away so that they don't get damaged. Along the same lines, please don't have campfires if the winds are high. Make sure your dogs are on a leash. We have mules on the property that DO NOT like dogs. This is for the safety of your dog. No fireworks on the premises. We do have a couple small trash cans that get dumped on Thursdays...that being said....we are NOT a dump. If trash cans are full or you have large items, please haul your trash to Lemhi County Landfill. They are open Monday-Friday: 7am-5:15pm and have dumpsters open on the weekend.

Feels like we're in the country but we live on a paved county road and only 4 miles from the city of Priest River. Bring your boat for a trip on the Pend Oreille River to Lake Pend Oreille. Launching is a short distance away at the Mud Hole, Priest River City Beach or Riley Creek Campground. Try your hand at fishing for bass, kokanee, perch, northern pike, and trout in the river or on the lake. Wake up in a peaceful woodsy setting where elk, deer, the occasional moose and turkeys roam the property and are often seen in the meadow. Load up your ATV, side by side or motorcycle and head for Priest Lake right from here. It’s a 21 mile (40 minute ride) to Coolin, ID. Enjoy the back county and take some of the IDL roads along the way to explore scenic drainages and in July/August pick some luscious huckleberries (the state fruit of Idaho) for a pancake or milkshake treat. In the fall, a nice central location for hunting camp. Want to go skiing or enjoy the summer lift ride? Head up to Schweitzer Mountain, about an hour drive away (38 miles/65 mins). The city of Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille (Idaho's largest lake) are a half hour away (26 miles/33 mins) and Silverwood Theme Park in Athol, ID less than an hour away (36 miles/52 min).

Lots of birds and wildlife are around (owls, hawks, hummingbirds, deer, endless quail and rabbits, the occasional coyote or fox) and with easy access to the town and I-84 for exploring. Picnic table and horseshoe pit located at site. We are just a few minutes drive from town where there is a grocery store, several bars, Six Creeks Mercantile where you can grab a great cup of coffee, a golf course, Y-Knot winery, and fishing on the Snake River. This is a great location for exploration of the area, birding, fishing, or hunting up near Bennett Mountain. Only 20 min drive from Bruneau Sand Dunes. We are also very conveniently located off of I-84 for road-trippers passing through. LGBTQIA+ friendly, Pet friendly. We are a tent and car camping only site as we do not have facilities for a trailer and the pasture is on a slight slope so will not be able to find a level spot for a larger trailer. Small travel trailers will be allowed, but do note there are no power hookups. We have firewood available and will try to have a small supply at the firepit, but if you would like extra or want to guarantee some available please add it on. Both routes are beautiful with waterfalls, gorgeous mountain views, and Idaho countryside. This is a very private and quiet place, more of a sanctuary and not a party place. The only thing you hear is nature, a breeze through the pine trees, the birds, and the creek. This property was and is an organic permaculture farm in the forest. There are two orchards and an organic garden. The water is from a spring. The La Luna cabin is off-grid with an option to plugin if needed. Hot Showers at my cabins are private and outdoors. There's nothing more wonderful than a hot spring-fed shower. The toilets are composting. (No water is wasted here)! Two of the cabins were built from the trees on the property by the first family that lived here in the earlier 1900s. The Birds Nest cabin was originally a tool shed that needed a LOT of Love to be in the condition that it is today. It does have power, running water and wi-fi. There is the option to take an acrylic painting class, banjo, guitar or fiddle lessons, paddleboard lessons, and have a real old-timey campfire with a glass of wine or two with live music performed by our famous Fiddlin Red on the fiddle, banjo, and guitar. Your experience here may change your life forever! We haven't added all the experiential options yet, so if there is something you are interested in please inquire. Every year we make it more and more magical and interesting. It's four miles up a county-maintained dirt road and one mile to a non-motorized lake. I can't see my neighbors, but they are awesome artists and musicians and some of them are off the grid! If you're bringing a pet, they must be on a leash and be quiet pets. If you are bringing a child they also need to be quiet and respectful. I want to keep my neighbors and my other guests happy with a peaceful atmosphere. Thank you!
