Knowler Farm Wild Campsite
Knowler farm is a great campsite, well spread out pitches, set in peaceful countryside with walks on your doorstep but close to a shop, a pub and it has a lovely coffee cabin on site.
Dogs and campfire's are allowed and the eco toilets and shower are something to see 😄
Wayne and his family are very welcoming, the whole thing is relaxed, friendly and exactly the kind of unplugged break i am looking for when camping.

Really wonderful place; you’ll be tucked away in nature to quietly enjoy it. Welcoming owner, full of hilarious anecdotes. To boot, there is delicious coffee (rivals artisan London spots) and homemade food to enjoy at the cafe in the morning. There’s a real community feel. We will definitely be back.

Was such a great stay even off season, the Giffords were all very helpful and provided us with an extra night since we loved it so much. Great coffee and even better Camping! 10/10

Knowler Farm Wild Campsite
We were a little unlucky with the weather. However, Wayne was great. Good sized field. Great set up with a different area for wild camping. Cafe on site was popular and we had the best sausage and onions rolls ever! Village shop and pub in easy walking distance. We had to spend some time in the pub due to weather and were lucky there was a jazz band playing.

Knowler Farm Wild Campsite
Lovely campsite. Great facilities, nice flat space and secluded but it felt a bit too intimate for our family. Was conscious of our children disturbing the peace!

Knowler Farm Wild Campsite
Unfortunately we only stayed for one night at knowler wild farm- and arrived quite late due to a lot of traffic. Even if it was late, we felt very welcome, had a nice chat and Wayne brought us to our camping spot, that was beautiful and quite far from others.
The showers looked fantastic in the horse carriage and the compost loos were clean.
There is a beautiful area for a coffee (that just opened when we had to leave) and the whole site looked beautiful and welcoming.
Would definitely stay there again- next time longer to enjoy everything they have to offer.

Knowler Farm Wild Campsite
3rd visit to Knowler farm and, as on previous visits, had a fantastic stay and will be visiting again next year.
Horse box showers and composting toilets work really well and on site coffee and snack bar a welcome bonus
Wayne and everyone on site made us very welcome.
Got the key ring this year so hoping for a pen next visit
Wayne, don't forget my request to roll the cricket pitch.

Knowler Farm Wild Campsite
We had a lovely time tent camping at Knowler Farm! We were in the "Wild Camping" section (a bit past the first camping section) and arrived a bit late so didn't have a full tour of the site, but it was fairly straightforward - clean flat pitches, portaloos and we rented a firepit + wood. In the morning we were able to relax with coffee from the coffeeshop and got advice on where to visit in the area. We weren't 100% sure where the water tap or showers were, but maybe would have been explained if arrived a bit earlier. Easy, quiet and relaxing camping experience!

Lovely site, friendly host. The wild camping area has segregated spaces so you’re not all on top of each other. It is basic and that was fine. The cafe is great. Lovely place to stay

Second time here, super friendly and relaxed owners, really lovely little cafe too. It was even better this year as the grass in the field was let grow and the pitches were huge with plenty of space Inbetween. Absolutely perfect for our young kids, so much space to run around in safely and so many butterflies to spot. Also some lovely walks around the village. Will be back when we can. Would recommend to any family with young kids.
